Zain Nigeria: Team Member Fraud Management

Zain Nigeria is hiring for a Team Member, Fraud Management (Law Enforcement Agent). The candidate will work within Finance and based in Lagos.
BASIC PURPOSE:
Provide 1st line support to all Law enforcement agents
Monitoring subscriber’s criminal usage and reporting to Law enforcement
Law enforcement monthly reporting
Educate Law Enforcement agents on various fraud indicators in the call records
Understanding of the NCC regulations as it relates to provision of call records
MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Prepare law enforcement Monthly reports
Managing and updating information on the law enforcement database
Preparing and organizing Fraud Awareness /education sessions- E-mail, Presentations and Interactions.
Conducting interviews to ascertain that the request for call records is authentic
Reviewing of other unit’s processes & procedures and identifying control lapses which may lead to members of staff providing records to third party
Develop process for provision of information & carrying out random checks on information in the KYC database.
Provision of call detail records and other subscriber information to Law Enforcement Agents via Regulatory Unit.
Provision of call details records to internal stakeholders i.e. internal audit, security and logistics
liaison with other GSMA ,telcos etc with regards to CDR information
Implement & update the provisions of the procedure for disclosure of subscriber information in compliance with NCC requirement,
Carrying out preliminary CDR analysis/investigations to aid LEA’s in their investigations
Any other task as assigned by team leader
Managing escalations to data warehouse, data integrity etc
COMPETENCIES & QUALIFICATIONS:
University or relevant Degree
4-6 years experience in the Telecommunications industry
At least 3 years experience working with Law enforcement agencies

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
• Medical degree- MD, MBBS, BMChB or its equivalents with 0 Fellowship of the National/West African Postgraduate in Infectious Diseases/Physician;
• An MPH will be an advantage
• At least 5 years in TB Clinical practice and at least 3 years working experience in a HIV and/or Malaria Programme
KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
Develop and conduct trainings in TB/HIV programmatic and clinical standards of care.
Develop TB/HIV programmatic and clinical core guidelines, SOPs, Workaids to support provision of quality service.
Monitoring and Evaluation of program indicators, analysis of available data on key components of TB and HIV programmes at all ACTION supported sites.
Planning and management of all TB/HIV activities in line with COP targets and guidelines
Analyze and set targets for site based data on programme targets and quality of care and work with other programme officers in the TB/HIV working group and other thematic areas to mop out strategies to achieve set programme objectives and cover gaps identified
Supportive clinical and programmatic supervision across ACTION supported sites
Representation at IP/NTBLCP/USG and Notional TB/HIV working groups, partner coordination and advocacy at various levels
Budgeting and financing- In collaboration with other members of the Medical Department, prepare budget and supervise the annual, quarterly and monthly activity plan on implementation of TB/HIV collaborative activities
Monthly reports on programme implementation as well as other activities outlined in the work plan and performance framework

JOB DESCRIPTION
The Sales Order Processing Manager will be responsible for providing Customer data for weekly invoicing operations of the business. The role will provide information on Customer’s Safety stock, decision support for effective order Management, GIT, OOS & Stock Status, Management Information Services and Trade analysis and resolution of KDs complaint to meet business objectives.
RESPONSIBILITIES
·  Importation and verification of weekly KD’s order using the DBR software.
·  Data Management of KD information ex Ultra
·  Daily monitor and liaising with DESC invoicing team
·  Generation of weekly extracts and reports to generate OOS, POD, GIT and KD sales out report for Management Information.
·  Review and agreement of KD’s safety stock
·  Implementation of KD service frequency with effective weekly safety stock.
·  Monitoring & allocating of scarce SKUs to KD’s on weekly basis
·  Facilitation of daily stock availability through effective logistics with the factory and DESC team.
·  Customer management and resolution of reconciliation related issues including credit notes, compensation for stock withdrawals and damages.
·  Reconciliation and analysis of weekly serviceable order.
·  Generation of downloaded vs. funded order report for CCFOT and business use.
·  Any other adhoc report that is from time to time be required for the effective.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
·  A first degree in marketing/sales or related discipline
·  Previous experience in FMCG/ IT industry
·  Minimum of 2-3 years work experience, in sales order processing, distribution or any related field
·  Stable and progressive career
·  Must possess demonstrable and measurable success in a similar role

MONITORING AND EVALUATION OFFICER (1 position)
Location: Cross River Zone
The Monitoring and Evaluation Officer, under the supervision of the zonal Senior Monitoring and Evaluation Officer and Zonal Manager, and with technical oversight from the Director of Monitoring and Evaluation, will be responsible for implementing monitoring and evaluation activities for the zonal office.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with other staff in the zonal office and local implementing partners to ensure that zonal monitoring and evaluation activities are appropriate and meet donor and project M&E needs
• Work with the zonal level M&E staff and government counterparts to provide support and guidance on program/project monitoring and evaluation activities and on US Government and Government of Nigeria reporting requirements
• Provide support to sites in the zone, including interacting with site program managers, M&E focal persons, M&E officers of SACA/SASCP, other implementing agencies and local research groups on M&E needs and ensure that these parties understand and can support these requirements
• Work with local partners to support correct implementation and use of monitoring and evaluation tools, and adherence to complete, correct and timely reporting.
• Conduct routine monitoring visits to project sites, including conducting data quality assessments using official tools
• Assist in the preparation of monthly reports and provide supportive supervision
• Assist in the development and maintenance of computerized data capture of the program and provide technical assistance and training to staff responsible for data entry at the sites
• Provide technical assistance to M&E officers of SACA/SASCP in integrating FHI data into the national HMIS
• Document lessons learnt and best practices in monitoring and evaluation, according to USAID and PEPFAR guidelines.
• Represent FHI and make presentations at professional meetings and conferences related to monitoring and evaluation Remain informed of current issues regarding monitoring and evaluation of programs in the HIV/AIDS/STI fields by reviewing current literature and being alert to any implication of such research for project and program activities
Minimum Requirements
• MD with 3 years work experience or similar degree in monitoring and evaluation, or an MPH with 3 years work experience
• Experience in monitoring and evaluation in reproductive health or HIV/AIDS programs in developing countries
• Experience working with local partners, including NGOs and CBOs, and knowledge of the local context Familiarity with USAID programs is preferred
