Job Title: Small And Medium Scale Enterprises (SME) Sales Manager

Job Description:
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders (Marketing, Network Group, Contractors, Customer Relations) on the requirements of the SME team
- Implement regional campaign sales strategy
- Develop action plans and strategies to achieve desired sales targets
- Monitor and analyze sales trends to identify new prospects and sales opportunities in order to ensure that deployed infrastructure is fully utilized
- Conduct competitive research to establish competitor strategies and develop counter measures to increase sales
- Coordinate regional sales activities and ensure synergy with other departmental and regional activities
- Design, implement and manage third party partner program to create sales in Nigerian SME
- Liaise with other departments (Marketing and Finance) in the planning and budgeting of sales campaign
- Design, implement, deliver and manage SME sales training program for direct and indirect partner sales teams
- Assist in the development of location specific value propositions and differentiated SME customer engagement
- Assign, monitor and co-ordinate tasks required to ensure successful implementation of sales campaigns
Job Conditions: A valid drivers license (extensive local travel) May be required to work extended hours or weekends
Reporting To: Senior Manager SME Accounts
Required Skills:
- At least 8 years work experience comprising:
- Minimum 4 years sales management and or supervising people in a telecommunications industry or FMCG
- Experience in service industry and or mobile telecommunications or operational management would be an added advantage
- Proven track record in volume sales or campaign management and customer management
Employment Status : Permanent
Qualification:
Bachelors degree in Marketing or Business Administration from a reputable University Masters degree in Business Administration, Finance or Marketing would be an added advantage

Job Description:
- Interface with business units and agencies on research project
- Conduct both desk and consumer surveys and business operation dictate from time to time
- Analyse raw data, write and interpret research reports for internal studies and summarise external ones
- Disseminate information to the relevant parties in simply and actionable format
- Manage inter departmental relationships within marketing division
- Coordinate research requirements for different business units
- Track economic, market, industry and competitive trends to provide business insights
- Liaise with agencies to analyse and report research results for both qualitative and quantitative studies
- Identify and apply new global tools, methods and approaches in market research
- Train and guide Internal Stakeholders in the use of research tools and systems
- Build analytical tools/models for use in the formulation of research analysis
- Develop strategies to foster retention of high value segment of the market
- Ensure reduction of wait time for analysis, to enable the business to make decisions faster. Thereby reducing costs due to delays in making a decision.
- Enable the team to take on more work and provide better internal customer care. This will in turn result in increased usage of information for fact based decisions making.

Required Skills:
4 years work experience including:
- 2 years in a similar role in Marketing or Finance
- Work experience in a research or consultancy environment will be an added advantage

Job Title: BUSINESS PLANNING ANALYST

- Develop work products related to business planning and generate reports to support management decision. This will include but not limited to generating reports from various data sources such as the Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW), research reports, performing both desk and market research and report writing
- Identify, forecast, and evaluate advances in telecom technology and markets
- Gather and analyze all assumptions and data for use in business and coverage plan development
- Assess and determine market size (volume and value)
- Products and Service forecasts for MTNN including market tables, revenue to gross margin and Sales
- Develop and monitor all network metrics to measure key performance indicators
- Develop, track and analyze financial, environmental and economic developments in the industry and overall market (financial & economic trackers)
- Develop, track and analyze competitive performance and developments in the industry (locally and globally)
- Develop outlook report that will be provide management with up-to-date information on the current performance of the industry and market as well as future developments
- Performance of Variance Analysis
- Make recommendations to optimize revenue opportunities
- Formulate and substantiate assumptions that will be used to develop the business plan
- Provide scenarios to achieve the most favourable financial return and risk
- Assist in the identification and mitigation of risks that may impact the business
- Solve intelligence and information problems and provide insight from incomplete information
- Articulate a good understanding of secondary data sources
- Articulate knowledge of competitive trends and industry direction
