This role will be responsible for planning and executing internal audit by identifying, assessing, monitoring and articulating remedies for all operational risks areas. He/She will be responsible for developing and conducting audit fieldwork by identifying, analyzing, evaluating, recording information and drawing conclusions and making recommendations on business processes based on audit results in order to constantly improve internal controls.
The incumbent will also be responsible for developing, implementing and maintaining Quality Assurance policies, processes and procedures for NEXTZON and associated/member/incubatee companies. He/She will set up monitoring systems to control the quality of products/services and drive quality improvement as well as streamlining of work practices within the organisation with the aim of achieving the highest standards of quality that satisfies customer requirements and protects the company brands.
JOB REQUIREMENT
Interested candidates must possess the following:
least 5-6 years relevant work experience in Internal Audit & Control with at least 2 years in Quality Control in the professional services industry
Knowledge of generally acceptable accounting principles and internal audit
Audit experience as added advantage
Professional certification in accounting is required (ACCA/ACA)
Postgraduate qualification will be added advantage
