Adexen Nigeria: Assistant Supply Manager

Adexen is recruiting for a client – leading supplier of FMCG Company is looking for an Assistant Supply Manager, Operations Excellence for its supply chain department.
JOB DESCRIPTION
The ideal candidate will be responsible for covering all information capabilities requirements for Nigeria and work with key stakeholders to deliver accurate reporting and GMVA analysis.
RESPONSIBILITIES
·  Provide the required and accurate information to internal customers on prices, cost drivers, supplier intelligence to support internal decision making and innovation
·  Work with finance and other stakeholders on forecasting, spend and GMVA reconciliation
·  Work with team to drive projects
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
·  A university graduate with at least 3 years experience in a similar purchasing role and 5 years management  experience in any area of management
·  Working knowledge on projects management
·  Experience in FMCG industry
·  Ability to analyse and understand and work with numbers – a numerate person
·  Self motivated and proactive person with a positive sense of urgency and has a strong work ethics
·  Good communicator
·  Must have a Can-Do attitude
·  Stable and progressive career – no job hoppers.
·  Must possess demonstrable and measurable success in a similar role
·  Must have the personal experience of all skills required in this profession
