Total Exploration & Production Nigeria is recruiting for Well Site Geologist. The role will be based in Port Harcourt.
WELL SITE GEOLOGIST
The successful candidate will carry out but not limited to the following:
- Prepare programmes for data acquisition while drilling
- Prepare reports on well locations
- Draw up operation procedures
- Forecast and assess geological risks in the course of drilling
- Interpret geological data
- Integrate and validate well data
- Supervise acquisitions (Mud log, LWD, Wire-line etc)
- Reconcile core measurements and logs
- Follow up costs
Detect and evaluate reservoirsand their content
Required skills :
Education :
The successful candidate should have a BSC degree
Experience :
The successful candidate should have 1-3 professional experience in Geology and Operations Geology.
Skills :
The successful candidate should have the following skills:
