BUSINESS ANALYST
Job description :
The successful candidate will be required to perform the following duties:
• Provide business analysis services to their client business entities, aimed at identifying and implementing IST and non-IST solutions.
• Lead significant business/user related projects within IST, carrying out the initial analysis & documentation of requirements, and the coordination of the solution development, deployment and integration.
• Coordinate the activities of all IST entities, in order to ensure, on behalf of their client business entities, the effective operational maintenance and support of existing IST systems and services they use.
• Ensure that IST activities within their client business entities are carried out with the minimum of disruption to the business entity processes and activities.
• Actively participate, on behalf of the business, in the process of establishing IST strategy, policies and budgets.
• Ensure those IST strategies and policies are effectively applied within their client business entities.
• Assist their client business entities in the preparation and presentation of their IST budgets.
Required skills :
Education :
The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor of Science degree in any IS / IT related discipline.
Experience :
The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 5 years broad IS/IT experience (ideally in both development and support roles).
Skills :
The successful candidate should have the following skills:
- Excellent oral & written communication skills
- Excellent planning & organizational skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
