Under this 5 year project, we will work with Nigeria partners to build the capacity of local organizations to deliver targeted, effective HIV prevention programs in FCT, Rivers, Bayelsa, Ebony, Benue, and Taraba states.
CHIEF OF PARTY
Key Responsibilities
• Provide overall management, strategic direction, and financial oversight for project and represent the project and Deloitte Consulting, LLP to all key stakeholders.
• Provide technical expertise and leadership in organizational development.
• Supervise and support the development of technical and administrative staff, and oversee sub-contractor relationships.
• Monitor progress towards project objectives, prepare annual work plans and other deliverables to USAID as required, and ensure overall project compliance with USAID and Deloitte regulations.
Qualifications
• Minimum 10 years experience implementing public health or development programs.
• Masters degree in public health, organizational development, or related field.
• Familiarity with USAID and PEPFAR programs, rules and regulations.
• Demonstrated strong management and supervisory experience.
• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills
