VEHICLE FLEET MANAGER
Main Responsibilities
• Management and administrative follow up of fleet around Nigeria
• Ensure the supply and management of fuel
• Development and follow-up of vehicle database and file of Nigerian fleet
• Management of insurances, accident, donations and vehicle registration
• Manage E-Iogbook, stock of fuel, fleet-and f1eetwave
• Establish tender for the sales of vehicles and follow up files with appropriate authorities
• Ensure importation and exportation of vehicles with logistician etc
Required Qualifications
• Transport management, Logistics and any other related degree (B.Sc or HND)
• Minimum of 4 years experience in similar position
• General knowledge of vehicle (American and Japanese)
• Good command of English, can lead a small team and good with computer
• Driving license.
HEAD DRIVER-DISPATCH
• Ensure the safety of vehicle keys and particulars
• Ensure and control vehicle planning, functioning and dispatch
• Monitor control and report use of vehicles
• Ensure and control stock and regular maintenance of vehicles
• Support carpool drivers following internal procedures and guidelines in fleet dept
• Ensure the security of the vehicles in line with regulations as well as follow their movement
• Maintain filing system, check and manage all logbooks in the unit etc
Required qualification
• High school level or professional school of same degree
• 2 years working experience in similar field
• Driving license (truck and car) for at least 5 years
• Excellent knowledge of Nigerian road network
• Computer skills, good written and communication skills
• Masters 4/4 and VHF/HF radio use
